Stylish and Unique home at the heart of Newmarket

The host was great, responsive and helpful -great. The apt was clean and tidy - it felt very special

Great for what I needed. Positive: Bed, shower, wine, fast contact with host. Negative: Only 2 towels for 7 nights, not enough toilet rolls, bad smell coming from bathroom vent?

No entry instructions, and no parking. Bad host, bad communication. Negative: Poor communication. Mis-led to believe their was parking when there’s not Terrible, terrible host.

Fine if desperate Positive: Close to town Negative: Very poor communication from the managing team re: the check in (I had to chase them to get this), check out (they told me the check out instructions after I’d already checked out) and misleading information about parking on the listing (wasn’t obvious that the parking is only SOMETIMES available and costs $20 per day if it is). Given I only booked it for the parking, it being unavailable and not knowing this until after I was there with the car after a very long day of meetings and travelling, not happy.

Arrived to a very clean and tidy room, it was perfect for our stay. We look forward to staying here again Positive: Very easy to find, super clean and tidy. Small room but just perfect for the two of us. Negative: Nothing - we loved it all
